Return Policy
Your happiness is our utmost priority!
That's why PodSwag gladly accepts returns of unused items, that are in the same packaging and condition in which they were received, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, however, that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
A few items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Customizable items
- Drinkware Items
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Software Products
There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted, including:
- A CD, DVD, VHS tape, videogame, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
International Shipments
Outside of the US, we ship to the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Spain, United Kingdom, U.S. Outlying Islands.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders, unless something about your order was incorrect or arrived damaged.
Exchanges & Refunds

Please reference your order number when contacting PodSwag's customer service at happiness@podswag.com if you have questions about or need help facilitating your return, exchange or refund. When contacting us about delivered orders that are incorrect (wrong size, color, item etc) or arrive in damaged condition, please be sure to include a photo(s) of your erroneous or damaged item(s) for verification purposes.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
