Return Policy

Your happiness is our utmost priority. 

That's why PodSwag gladly accepts returns of unused items, that are in the same packaging and condition in which they were received, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, however, that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. What's more, requests for a refund of merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

A few items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Sale Items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • A CD, DVD, VHS tape, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact both your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping


To return your product, please mail it to 5629 Hollywood Blvd. Los Angeles, California 90028

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
